Bow Peep Sheep Shearing: Owner/Operator
I have shorn in England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales and France and have travelled to England for shearing on three separate occasions. Having shorn so many unusual and fascinating breeds and in some remote and challenging locations, this has shaped me into the confident and skilled shearer I am today.
I love sheep and I love people, so offering a complete sheep-maintenance service for lifestyle block owners seemed the perfect fit after I had children and retired from large scale shearing gangs.
Being a mum of two and a sheep-lover, I understand that getting your sheep shorn can be quite the event for your children. In many cases, shearing time is the only opportunity children get to be within touching distance of their sheep. I enjoy letting kids watch and get up close so they can see their sheep's interesting features. This can be a great educational experience for your children.
